RETURN POLICY
Merchandise purchased from MIXdesignstore.com may be returned for store credit or exchanged (minus original shipping & handling fees) within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new and resale-able condition. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.

and we will issue you a Return Authorization number. Please reference your order number in the email. The item should be shipped to MIX Design Store via UPS in its original condition and packaging and accompanied by the original receipt (or a copy) and the Return Authorization number. Packages should be packed securely and insured for the full value of the item. A Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any items. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email.
All sale and special order items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
