MIX Design Store will collect sales tax on all purchases of merchandise to be shipped to locations within Connecticut. Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes, if any, applicable to merchandise shipped to locations outside Connecticut. The rate of sales tax applicable to all merchandise shipped to locations within Connecticut will be the rate applicable in Guilford, Connecticut, at the time of purchase.

Shipping Information
We ship orders UPS ground and will attempt to ship all merchandise within three business days of purchase. At the moment we do not ship outside of the United States or to PO boxes. Shipments outside the continental United States (Alaska, Hawaii) will carry an extra shipping charge. Please note, MIXdesignstore.com cannot accommodate multiple shipping addresses. If you would like to purchase several items and have each of them sent to a different address, you will have to make separate orders.
Shipping and handling costs are based on your total order amount before sales tax is applied. Rates are as follows:
orders up to $15: $4.95
orders $15.01 - $25: $5.95
orders $25.01 - $45: $7.95
orders $45.01 - $65: $10.95
orders $65.01 - $95: $13.95
orders $95.01 - $125: $16.95
orders $125.01 - $200: $20.95
orders $200.01 and over: $23.95
Additional shipping charges may apply for items that are excessively heavy or large in volume. We will notify you of any extra shipping charge.
Return Policy
Merchandise purchased from MIXdesignstore.com may be returned for store credit or exchange (minus original shipping & handling fees) within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new and resale-able condition. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.

and we will issue you a Return Authorization number. Please reference your order number in the email. The item should be shipped to MIX Design Store via UPS in its original condition and packaging and accompanied by the original receipt (or a copy) and the Return Authorization number. Packages should be packed securely and insured for the full value of the item. A Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any items. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email.
All sale and special order items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
